Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring high levels of product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any shipment problems effectively
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
