Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with Bentley Labs - THG LLC (NJ) in Edison. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately prepared and shipped to customers efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 4pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.13 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire shift
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety protocols, punctuality standards, and deadlines
