Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading manufacturing company in Edison. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
• Handle items with care to avoid product damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality

Location: Edison. The position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
