Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Olive Branch. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience and knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control.
• Proficiency with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and understand orders while accurately counting products stored in various areas.
• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with dependable transportation to the job site.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift.

Additional Skills

• Ability to operate other types of warehouse equipment.

Role Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the facility.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.
• Secure materials for transport and control levers, forks, and hoists to stack items.
• Complete all requisitions with prompt and efficient outcomes.
