At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL (Pick to Light) Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using a specialized Pick-to-Light system in a warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Mandatory and voluntary overtime may be required based on business needs

Pay Rates

  • 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for PTL (Pick to Light) Operator

  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Role for PTL (Pick to Light) Operator

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using the Pick-to-Light system
  • Verify product quantities and quality to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform quality checks on products and completed orders
  • Rotate between workstations and tasks throughout the shift
