At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately packing products, maintaining productivity standards, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift Line Server: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Role Responsibilities for General Labor/Packer

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Verify that the correct products are packaged and placed in the appropriate containers
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during the packing process
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines

Location: Wharton. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
