Robotic Welder
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Robotic Welder to work with Watson Engineering Skilled in Taylor. We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our manufacturing team, where you will operate robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift: Train on days 7:00am to 3:00pm then move to 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday-Friday (Overtime based on workload on weekends)
Pay Rates
- 18.00 - 21.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Robotic Welder
- Must have 1 year of robotic welding or a similar welding role
- Ability to operate robotic welding machines and equipment
- Ability to pass a MIG welding test
Desirable Requirements for Robotic Welder
- Experience with robotic welding
- Experience with MIG welding
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Role Responsibilities for Robotic Welder
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to produce quality welds
- Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding equipment
- Perform MIG welding as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and production specifications
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues or malfunctions
Physical Requirements for Robotic Welder
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with welding equipment, heat, and noise
