Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every team member is valued. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM - with overtime expectations

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Role for Pick/Pack

• Process returned items using RF scanners and assess product condition.
• Support the 5S initiative by maintaining organization and cleanliness.
• Physically unload and load goods from trailers, lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ensure all inventory is properly tracked and documented during handling.
