At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading logistics company in Joliet. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency, ensuring that materials are moved, loaded, and organized safely and effectively.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon-Fri 3:00:00pm-11:00:00pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Driver

  • Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required.
  • Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Steel-toe shoes required.
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Driver

  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Role Responsibilities for Forklift Driver

  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and organize products.
  • Transport materials and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Replenish stock and assist with general warehouse organization.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as part of a team.

Location: Joliet. This position is based in a busy distribution environment.
