Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with Radial - Indy in Brownsburg. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Saturday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with flexibility to work weekends and 10 hour shifts.

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Can you describe your experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment?
• How do you ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips?
• Are you comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift?
• What experience do you have using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems?
• How do you stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders or working in a fast-paced environment?

Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
• Scan items against order slips to ensure the full order is filled with the correct merchandise.
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders.
• Utilize the OPEX machinery system and warehouse management systems to make accurate inventory changes.
• Assist with packing materials distribution and the disposal of empty boxes.

Location: Brownsburg. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse facility.
