General Labor/Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. We are seeking dependable and hardworking associates to support daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift | 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for General Labor/Packer

• Are you able to stand for 8 hour shifts on a production line in a warehouse?

Desirable Requirements for General Labor/Packer

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Adaptable to changing priorities
• Problem solving mindset
• Reliable and punctual

Role for General Labor/Packer

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Verify that the correct products are packaged and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
• Report product defects, safety concerns, or operational issues to management promptly

Location: Wharton. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
