At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate / Product Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Elwood. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations in a candy manufacturing and co-packing environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work in a closed-campus, smoke-free facility
• Comfortable wearing required PPE, including steel toe shoes, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety gloves
• Must comply with site appearance and safety policies, including no piercings, no jewelry, no fake nails or nail polish, and no false eyelashes

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in a food safety environment
• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, packaging, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities

• Package and label products according to specifications
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals
