General Labor/Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with the Edison Talent Pool in Edison. This role is essential for ensuring our products are carefully packed and ready for delivery to our customers.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift | 7:30am to 4pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor/Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.

• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work goals.

Location: Edison. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
