Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• More than 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must not have previously worked at the company
• Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting
• Availability to attend 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with power tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts
• Foundational understanding of production technologies and quality standards
• Familiarity with quality measurement tools like calipers and process instructions

Role

• Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following work instructions
• Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
• Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
• Identify and escalate non-conformities through formal protocols
• Assist with root cause analysis and warranty reviews
