At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator to work with Geodis in Mount Juliet. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are handled safely and accurately throughout the facility.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Dock Stocker forklift
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck forklift
• Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights
• Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift

Desirable Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Experience operating Yale-brand forklifts
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Familiarity with WMS systems and inventory control procedures
• Experience loading and unloading trailers
• Strong attention to detail and a proven safety record
