At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Plainfield. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred

Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities for shipment
Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all operating procedures

Location: Plainfield. This position is based in a key logistics hub.
