Production Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading window and door manufacturer in Swainsboro. You will join an assembly team dedicated to the fabrication and production of custom window and door units, using hand tools and machinery to assemble, label, and package products.
Shift Patterns:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed
Pay Rates:
- 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Associate:
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Strict adherence to attendance policies regarding tardiness and absences
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate, high-quality work
- Flexibility to rotate between different assembly stations on short notice
Skills Requirements for Production Associate:
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
- Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
- Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
- Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment
Role for Production Associate:
- Fabricate and assemble component parts for window and door units
- Read schematics to understand the production process
- Operate and monitor machinery and use a variety of hand and power tools
- Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and damages
- Report safety hazards, product damages, and operational concerns to management
