At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Technician 1 to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Reno. This role focuses on the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of precision medical products.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Technician 1

• High school diploma or above (vocational training or associate degree preferred)
• Previous work experience in medical manufacturing
• Proven experience in product assembly

Desirable requirements for Technician 1

• Medical microscope experience
• Experience in cleanroom operations or precision assembly

Role for Technician 1

• Perform final assembly of medical devices according to specifications
• Conduct thorough product inspections to ensure quality standards
• Execute product re-work as required
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
