At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading logistics partner in Rialto. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

3rd Shift; Wednesday & Thursday 8pm-6:30am, Friday 6pm-4:30pm, Saturday 4pm-2:30pm. Orientation at 6:00 PM.

Pay rates

19.80 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate

Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse associate

Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
Build pallets according to distribution instructions
Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
Operate manual pallet jacks and other necessary equipment

Location: Rialto. This position is based in a busy distribution facility.
