Bilingual Production Operator

Essential Requirements for Bilingual Production Operator
- Ability to read and write in English and Spanish
- More than 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting
Skills and Requirements for Bilingual Production Operator
- Experience with power tools
- Ability to visually identify damage or missing parts
- Ability to take 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
- Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis
Role for Bilingual Production Operator
- Conduct inspections and checks on parts, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products following established work instructions.
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations and manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks.
- Identify and escalate potential or actual non-conformities and deviations through the formal escalation protocol.
- Segregate suspect or defective parts and assist with root cause analysis and warranty reviews.
- Aid in first-off/last-off testing and the return of inspected components to production lines or rework stations.
Location: Lexington. This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Lexington.
