Warehouse Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading distribution center in Bethlehem, PA. This role is vital to the operational supply chain, involving a range of general warehouse duties including inventory handling, receiving, sorting, and staging goods.
Shift Patterns
- 1FH-HUB | 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM (10h 30m) | Repeats weekly on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Multiple shift availability (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend shifts) with overtime opportunities based on seasonal flow and client demand.
Pay Rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout a shift
- Reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA
- Willingness to participate in an onsite interview
Role for Warehouse Associate
- Unload inbound freight, load outbound trailers, and maneuver heavy materials across the facility safely
- Inspect incoming shipments, process intake using RF equipment, sort items, and move stock to designated storage areas
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging goods for daily shipments
- Conduct basic counting, inventory audits, and report damaged or displaced items to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workstation following all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
