Loader SII

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader SII to work with a leading company in the retail sector in Burlington. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that outbound shipments are handled with accuracy, safety, and care to meet daily production goals.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 4:30 pm - 3:00 am

Pay Rates

• 20.41 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Loader SII

• Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical and Work Environment Requirements for Loader SII

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak-season shifts

Role responsibilities for Loader SII

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors, shipping clerks, and team members to coordinate workflow

Location: Burlington. This position is based in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
