1st Shift Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Packer to work with Bright International in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting. Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM with 30-minute lunch
• Optional Overtime: Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

• Are you able to stand for 8-10 hours?

Role Responsibilities for 1st Shift Packer

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
• Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
