Essential Requirements for Loader SIV

• Previous warehouse or loading experience is preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills Requirements for Loader SIV

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

Role Responsibilities for Loader SIV

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors, shipping clerks, and team members to coordinate workflow
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading
