Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every team member is valued. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support warehouse operations, with duties that can vary depending on the area you are assigned. This position requires flexibility, physical stamina, and attention to detail, as you will be working in areas such as Returns, Taping, and Unloading/Loading.

Shift Patterns

• WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY 7:00 AM TO 5:30 PM, WITH OVERTIME EXPECTATIONS

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Key Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Support operations in the returns department by using RF scanners to process items and assess product condition.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the facility by supporting the 5S initiative.
• Physically unload and load goods from trailers, ensuring all materials are safely handled.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while maintaining attention to detail when organizing and stacking goods.
• Ensure all inventory is properly tracked and documented during the unloading and loading process.

Location: Worth Township. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
