Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. This role uses warehouse equipment and requires accuracy, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Pay Rates

  • 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

  • Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment

Role Responsibilities for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

  • Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
  • Pick and prepare products for shipment
  • Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
  • Sort and store products in racks, shelves, or bins
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
