At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role focuses on ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for customer delivery.

Shift Patterns

• Back Half Days: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Look for a text message from the local office team regarding your specific start time. Disregard other communications from CLARA or the Job&Talent app regarding dates and times. Follow only the instructions provided by the local team.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
• Perform job functions consistently while maintaining safety and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure daily work completion
