Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading distribution facility in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you will select, verify, and pack customer orders while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

• 1st shift (Tuesday- Saturday 6am - 2:30pm)

Pay Rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Experience working in warehouse
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes and follow safety apparel standards
• Reliable transportation to and from the Moreno Valley job site

Role tasks for Pick/Pack:

• Locate, retrieve, and select items throughout warehouse aisles using RF scanners or pick lists
• Inspect merchandise for defects or damage and pack items securely with proper cushioning
• Attach correct shipping labels to packages
• Operate handheld scanners and basic material handling tools like manual pallet jacks or carts
• Maintain a clean work zone and strictly follow site safety standards

Location: Moreno Valley. This role is based in a fast-paced distribution facility.
