At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation worker to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin, WI. In this role, you will be critical to food safety and facility operations by deep-cleaning, washing, and sanitizing processing equipment, production lines, and plant areas to meet strict regulatory and quality standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Saturday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Sanitation

• Experience working in sanitation

Role for Sanitation

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing machinery, conveyers, mixing tanks, and packaging lines using high-pressure hoses, foamers, and chemical cleaning agents.
• Safely mix, dilute, and apply specialized cleaning chemicals and sanitizers according to Safety Data Sheets and precise concentration guidelines.
• Wash walls, floors, drains, trash bins, and storage areas to maintain an allergen-free and pest-controlled environment.
• Strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP guidelines, OSHA safety regulations, and environmental control protocols.
• Perform pre-operational checks, complete sanitation logs, and report damaged equipment or quality concerns to management before production runs begin.

Location: Franklin. The facility is located in a premier food manufacturing environment.
