Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Speed, precision, and adherence to safety standards are key to success in this position. Please note that if you have worked for this client before, we will need to verify your eligibility for rehire.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.80 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies
