At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift to work with a leading logistics company. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements
• Ability to unload and move inbound freight safely and efficiently
• Ability to pull and prepare product for shipment accurately
• Ability to perform picking duties in an efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of related experience or training
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Synapse training preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities
• Help resolve day-to-day operational issues and communicate concerns to management
