Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Dallas. You will play a crucial role in preparing personal care, candle, and fragrance orders for shipment, ensuring high accuracy and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Consistent 4-day workweek schedule with Fridays off

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and carry boxes weighing up to 25–50 lbs

Role for Picker / Packer

• Locate and select items using RF scanners and computerized inventory systems
• Inspect, wrap, and pack delicate retail products to prevent damage
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and codes to ensure 100% accuracy
• Print and apply shipping labels and route packages for transit
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
