• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.49 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse and distribution work environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift
• Basic math, reading, and digital scanner skills
• Reliable transportation to the Elwood facility

Role Tasks for Picker/Packer

• Locate, select, and pick customer orders from warehouse racks using handheld RF scanners
• Inspect merchandise, securely package items into boxes, and apply shipping labels
• Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and check for damaged goods
• Move goods using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, or push carts
• Maintain a clean work zone and comply with all safety regulations
