Spot Welder

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Spot Welder to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role is essential for maintaining production standards and ensuring the quality of our metal fabrication processes.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 2:00AM from Monday through Friday.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Spot Welder

• Do you have spot weld experience? When and where?
• Do you have Metal fabrication experience? When and where?
• Can you read Blueprints?

Role for Spot Welder

• Operate welding machinery efficiently to meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet strict standards.
• Interpret blueprints to understand technical specifications for various projects.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the welding process.

Location: Waukegan. This position is based in a key manufacturing hub.
