Maintenance Support

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Support professional to work with KDC/One Acupac in Mahwah. This role involves ensuring the facility operates smoothly through a variety of building and equipment maintenance tasks.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance Support

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in performing building maintenance.
• Experience with light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry work, and AC unit maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Skills and Qualifications for Maintenance Support

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of cGMP, safety, and environmental quality procedures.
• A positive attitude and working as a team player are highly valued.
• Forklift or scissor lift license is a plus.

Role Responsibilities for Maintenance Support

• Perform routine AC maintenance, including changing filters, cleaning compressors, and monitoring units for proper operation.
• Execute general building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing walls, painting, and installing shelving or dispensers.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building perimeter, including checking for masonry cracks and debris, to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Handle light plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Assist with equipment assembly, sump pump cleaning, and general housekeeping support.

Location: Mahwah. This position is based on-site at our facility.
