On-site Coordinator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On-site Coordinator to work with Eden Talent Pool in Eden. This role is essential for managing the growth, performance, and daily operations of our temporary workforce, ensuring we meet client expectations with precision and quality.

Shift Patterns

• 7AM - 4PM Monday to Friday (Mandatory OT and weekends as needed)

Pay Rates

• 45000.00 - 50000.00 USD yearly

Essential Requirements for On-site Coordinator

• Strong leadership and workforce management skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate company systems and apps efficiently
• Experience managing attendance, reporting, and payroll processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities for On-site Coordinator

• Oversee the daily operations of the onsite temporary workforce for our client
• Ensure 100% fulfillment of job orders in compliance with client expectations
• Screen, interview, and drug screen candidates for open roles
• Manage the workforce through the Job&Talent Business App, including attendance tracking and performance oversight
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management teams
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing

Location: Eden. This position is based on-site at our client facility.

Duration: 7 years.
