Line Lead

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Line Lead to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys leading teams.

Shift Patterns

• Monday- Friday 7am-3pm
• Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm
• Monday- Friday 11pm-7am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Line Lead

• Ability to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and move products or materials when needed.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and check product quality throughout production.
• Ability to complete required paperwork and production records accurately.
• Experience giving direction and working with others when needed.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Role for Line Lead

• Oversee daily production line activities to ensure efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on the floor.
• Monitor product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team.
