Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with ITS Logistics in Sparks. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM
• Expected Overtime

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products
• Work with team members to accurately complete daily tasks
• Maintain safety, punctuality, and meet deadlines throughout the shift

Location: Sparks. This position is based in a dynamic logistics environment.
