Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with Radial - Rialto 1 in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring shipments are prepared efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns:

• 1st Shift: SHIPPING: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate:

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse associate:

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build pallets according to distribution instructions
• Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any inventory or shipment problems effectively
