Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with Geodis Logistics LLC in Northampton. This Warehouse Associate role is essential to our operations, focusing on picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. Shift Patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 am to 4:30pm
Pay Rates
- 20.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
- Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
- Pick, prepare, and stage products for shipment
- Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
- Sort and store products in racks, shelves, or bins
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse safety and operating procedures
Location: Northampton. This position is based in a key logistics hub, offering a stable environment for warehouse professionals.
