Essential requirements for Zinc line:

• String Line
• Recoiler setup
• Hourly checks
• Size Change over
• Splice and crimp
• Utilize Q Plant
• Scanning and printing finished goods labels
• Cross Section analysis
• Read Micrometers

Role tasks for Zinc line:

• Operate and monitor production machinery on the zinc line
• Perform regular quality inspections and cross-section analysis
• Manage machine setups and size changeovers efficiently
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of finished goods
