Manufacturing Production Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Mineral Wells. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce high-quality window and door units.
Shift patterns
- Day shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Pay rates
- 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.
Desirable requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
- Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
- Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
- Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.
- Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.
Role for Manufacturing Production Associate
- Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly of window and door units.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand the production process.
- Operate and monitor machinery while using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and damages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
