At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door products.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, Mandatory Weekend and OT when needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Associate

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to a strict attendance policy with consistent punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Flexibility to rotate between different assembly stations as needed.

Desirable requirements for Production Associate

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment.
• Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line.
• Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment.

Role for Production Associate

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand production requirements.
• Operate and monitor machinery while using various hand and power tools.
• Measure workpieces and inspect finished products for quality and damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
