At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This Warehouse Associate role is essential for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. You will utilize warehouse equipment to ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
REACH Forklift: First day starting at 7:00 AM

Pay Rates

18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience

Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Location: Fontana. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
