At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Receiving Material Handler SIV to work with a leading retail distribution center in Logan Township. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, as you will be responsible for unloading, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure all materials are accurately received, properly documented, and safely stored to support inventory accuracy.

Shift Patterns

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:30am to 6:00pm

Pay Rates

  • 23.74 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Receiving Material Handler SIV

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and experience using scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and labels accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills Requirements for Receiving Material Handler SIV

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations and noise

Role Responsibilities for Receiving Material Handler SIV

  • Unload incoming freight from trucks and containers
  • Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against shipping manifests
  • Process and document received goods using warehouse software and scanning equipment
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards

Location: Logan Township. This position is based in a major logistics hub, offering a dynamic work environment.
