Cherry Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role is responsible for safely operating a Crown order picker to pick, move, and replenish inventory in a fast-paced distribution center. You will work in high-bay storage areas, ensuring accuracy and productivity while maintaining strict safety standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed), 8:00-5:00p

Pay Rates

• 15.00 - 16.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Cherry Picker

• More than 1 year operating a Cherry Picker
• Ability to pass an on-site equipment evaluation
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Desirable requirements for Cherry Picker

• Experience operating Crown equipment
• Previous forklift or order picker certification
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Role for Cherry Picker

• Safely operate Crown cherry picker equipment to pick products from elevated warehouse locations.
• Move, stage, and replenish inventory while verifying product numbers and quantities.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any missing or damaged inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and harness requirements.

Location: El Paso. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring physical activity such as standing, reaching, bending, and balancing throughout the shift.
