At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with Helen of Troy-OBDC in Olive Branch. This role is essential for ensuring our products are prepared and delivered to customers with the highest level of care and accuracy.

Shift:

• General Labor Inventory 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Pay Rates:

• 15.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for General labor:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Skills Requirements for General labor:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or general labor environment
• Familiarity working in high-volume settings with daily production goals or strict deadlines

Role for General labor:

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
• Work with other team members to accurately complete daily production goals
• Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety, punctuality, and deadlines
