At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is essential for maintaining production standards and ensuring high-quality finished products.

Shift Patterns

• Mon-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm
• Some Saturdays as required

Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Assembler

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavier items
• Disclosure of any previous employment or current connections at the company

Desirable requirements for Assembler

• Previous industrial or assembly experience
• Ability to assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines
• Ability to perform assembly tasks consistently and handle products safely
• Ability to provide own work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes

Role for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors
