This role is essential for supporting warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and system updates related to seeding and order preparation processes.

Pay Rates

• 21.19 USD hourly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Role

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for seeding, inventory movement, and order allocation
• Update warehouse management systems with product locations, quantities, and order statuses
• Generate and process reports related to seeding operations and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse associates to ensure proper product flow and placement
• Audit system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
