Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading distribution center in Bethlehem, PA. This role is essential to the operational supply chain, involving inventory handling, receiving, sorting, and staging goods in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

• 1DT-Pick | 06:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10h 30m) Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Multiple shift availability (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend shifts) with overtime opportunities based on seasonal flow.

Pay Rates:

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA
• Ability to use handheld RF equipment and digital logging tools

Role for Warehouse Associate:

• Unload inbound freight and load outbound trailers safely
• Inspect incoming shipments and process intake using RF equipment
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging goods for daily shipments
• Conduct inventory audits and report damaged or displaced items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workstation following OSHA guidelines
